Writing 101

While many native English speakers will say that something is Greek to them when they don't understand it, they might as well say something is English to them.

While English is in fact the primary language for many individuals, most don't really have full command of it.

This class is designed as a refresher course for those who have forgotten the basics of English (along with Algebra) and for advanced EFL and ESL students who would like to begin their English writing journey.

About Our Teachers

It all begins with the teacher, but not just any teacher, a writing enthusiast, a logophile, a bibliophile, a... very passionate instructor!

Each Birch & Ink faculty member has been thoroughly vetted to ensure that he or she has the proper skill set and background to teach one or more of our classes.

Our teachers range from English Literature professors to published authors, each one having a unique talent that is thoughtfully paired with a class that allows that talent to shine and the students within it to thrive.
